When you contact H&SC through the Website for any reason H&SC may require certain contact details from you, including without limitation,your name and email address and in some cases, your postal address, the postal address of your place of work and telephone number. This policy is in relation to these contact details and to any other information, which H&SC subsequently collects from you ("the Information").

This Agreement is governed and construed in accordance with English law. You and H&SC each submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts in relation to disputes arising out of this Agreement.
